In order for this team to be in contention for a National Championship, there are a couple of things that need to be done.
- We need to EXECUTE. Any time we have the opportunity to score, whether it be a field goal or a touchdown we need to get it done.
- Good DEFENSE. We have 9 of our 11 starters returning from last season. Make tackles, get sacks, and make turnovers. Remember defense wins games.
- Don't get COCKY. If any of our players start getting cocky because we were ranked high in the polls that could potentially lose us the game.
- Stop getting in TROUBLE. Stay away from the bars, don't get in fights, and go to class. If you get in trouble, how are we supposed to win games?
- WIN GAMES. This is obviously the most important of the five things.
If we can do these things I think we would have a strong chance to win the East and the SEC and if we're ranked high enough in the polls we might be in the National Championship game.
